Refund policy

We strive to deliver healthy and live chicks but there are sometimes factors out of our control. We do offer refunds on chicks only, that do not make it in the first 24 hours. You must pickup your chicks from the Post Office within 2 hours of notice of arrival. If your chicks arrive unhealthy or not alive please contact us immediately with pictures, and we will refund the cost of the chicks. To keep them healthy and happy please do not mix them with other chicks from different orders or different ages for the first 48 hours. We can’t be responsible for refunds if they’ve been exposed to other chicks/ chickens. If you do not wish to receive a refund and would like chicks shipped to you as replacements you are responsible for the additional shipping cost and we will ship replacements with the next availability.

Hatching eggs are buyer-beware purchases, with no hatch guarantee, and by placing your order you agree to that . While we send our best eggs and do fertility testing we can’t control what happens during shipping or incubation.

With this being said, there are no refunds on hatching eggs no matter the hatch rate you achieve.  But we always do our best to pack and ship for the best hatch rates and we hope you’ll be happy with your orders.

For Biosecurity reasons and to be compliant with NPIP we are unable to take eggs or birds back. Please understand we are human and we make mistakes and we never knowingly sell roosters as hens. We are unable to to exchange males for females. Please understand this going forward and plan accordingly.
