Day Old Chicks

Shipping Policy - 6 chick minimum and 20 chick maximum per box-

We strive to deliver healthy and live chicks but there are sometimes factors out of our control. We do offer refunds on chicks only, that do not make it in the first 24 hours. You must pickup your chicks from the Post Office within 2 hours of notice of arrival. If your chicks arrive unhealthy or not alive please contact us immediately with pictures, and we will refund the cost of the chicks. To keep them healthy and happy please do not mix them with other chicks from different orders or different ages for the first 48 hours. I can’t be responsible for refunds if they’ve been exposed to other chicks/ chickens. If you do not wish to receive a refund and would like chicks shipped to you as replacements you are responsible for the additional shipping cost and we will ship replacements with the next availability.
