Wheaten Marans have been one of my favorite color varieties for years. Wheaten Marans are part of the Marans family and are known for their larger bodies, feathered feet and with our breeding lines they have a very docile demeanor. They lay speckled brown and are known for carrying a heavy bloom. We have paired them with other wheaten feather varieties and they are quickly becoming one of our favorite Rustic Egger varieties. Chicks are sold as straight run, but by 2-4 weeks they're able to be sexed based on feather color. sell We occasionally will add more chicks if available please let us know if you are able to take more if we have extras.
